Anna Blair

Anna Blair, age 85, longtime resident of Riverton, WY went to be with the Lord on December 4,2012. She was at the home of her family in Springville, UT.



Anna was born in Winnett, MT on August 30, 1927 to Robert McAdam and Maude Griffin McAdam. She was the 7th of 13 Children. Anna graduated from Cut Bank High School in 1945. Anna married Bill Blair on Oct 15, 1949. They moved to Wyoming to work in the oil industry. Later they owned and operated Blair's Laundry in Riverton for many years.



Anna was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign War, Red Hat Society, Hospital Auxiliary, Library book sales and bowled on many leagues.



Anna is survived by her daughter, Kelli (Brett) House of Springville UT, 3 grandchildren, Eric (Michelle) House of Santaquin, UT, and Joy (Kurt) Zabriskie of Spanish Fork, UT, and Jesssie House of Springville, UT, ten Great Grandchildren, 5 brothers; Frank "Scotty" (Helen) McAdam, of Casper, WY, Charles (Arlene) McAdam of Grand Junction, CO, Don (Helen) McAdam of Casper, WY, William "Ted" (Mary Lou) McAdam of Grand Lake, CO, Max McAdam of Farmington, MN, 2 sisters, Mary Norton of Redding, CA, Mona (Paul) Arnott of Great Falls, MT and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill, and brothers; Lloyd, Robert, Roy, and sisters; Blanche, and Glennette.



A private service was held by the family in Springville. A memorial service will be held on May 4, 2013 at 2:00pm at St. John Lutheran Church. 606 N 8th Street, West Riverton, WY 82501. Burial will be in the Nooner Family Cemetery in Perry County Arkansas.
