Chase was born on April 21, 1986 in Provo Utah and graduated from Lone Peak High School 2004
Chase's parents were Jacci Hood-Miller and Tracey Ellis Hood ( deceased )
He is survived by Angela Wilson - Fiance
Bryton Edward Hood- Son
Jacci Hood-Miller and James Miller - Parents
Chelsey and Clint Jolley - Sister and Brother in law
Dan and Nancy Aldridge - Grandparents
Chase has numerous loving Aunts, Uncles , Cousins and dear friends who will miss him.
A Viewing will be held from 6-7p.m. on Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Retired Steelworkers Pavilion in Hobblecreek Canyon in Springville. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow from 7:00 to 8:30pm
Interment will be held at a later date at the Mapleton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers if you wish to contribute a memorial fund for Chase's son Bryton has been set up at Mountain America Credit Union acct.# 10130388
