Cleo Harmon

Cleo Larene Harmon, 94, passed away peacefully at her home on July 30, 2013. Born July 8, 1919 in Sterling Idaho to Celestia Chipman Herbert and Charles Edward Humpherys. She graduated from Aberdeen High School and attended LDS Business College. Cleo married Lyle J. Taggart in 1937 (later divorced) and Frank C. Carley II who preceded her in death. In 1988 she married Frank Carlyle Harmon in the Provo Temple, he also preceded her in death.



Cleo worked for many years as an executive secretary at various businesses, and retired from Eyring Research Institute, Provo Utah in 1988. She was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many church positions throughout her life including Primary Teacher, Sunday School Secretary, Genealogical Class Teacher and YWMIA Stake Secretary.



Cleo is survived by her sons Larry Boyde Taggart and Frank Carley.



Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah.
