Darlene Eggleston

Darlene Minnie Hazel Eggleston was born April 27, 1931 in Salem, Utah to William John Hazel and Minnie Maude Smith Hazel. She was the last of 12 children. She married Louis Restall Demson in 1947 and they had one son, Earl LeRoy Demson. They were later divorced. In 1958 Darlene married Veron Cloward. After his passing in 1974, Darlene married Earle Paul Eggleston. He passed in 1993. Darlene loved to cook and garden. She received numerous awards for her yard. She was especially fond of her roses. Darlene also loved to cook. Her grand daughters were most fond of her Swedish Meatballs and Cinnamon Rolls. She was a cook for the Utah County Jail and retired in 1996. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 7 brothers, her husbands and her only child Earl. She is survived by grand daughters: Stephanie Stevenson (Russell) of Florence, MT, Heather Ash (Nathan) of Palmyra, UT, 5 grand children: Skylar Demson (Tommy), Shirley Anne Demson, Emma Ash, Ellie McKell (Hunter) and Connor Ash.
