David Robinson

April 27, 1945 — July 12, 2019

David Glen Lee Robinson, 74, of Provo lost his battle to Parkinson's Disease on July 12, 2019.



He was born April 27, 1945 in Payson, Utah to Elmer K and Jennie Hughes Robinson. He was married to Sue Rogers August 23, 1968 and later divorced.



David graduated from Springville High School and served in the United States National Guard for eight years. He later earned degrees in auto body and computer science.



He worked for several auto body shops throughout the years and then worked as a facility manager for 45 years for DHI Computing Service. He was also a member of the "Gents Car Club."



His hobbies included rock polishing, jewelry making, boating, fishing, water and snow skiing, car restoration, and hard rock concerts.



Surviving children are Blake David (Antoinette) Robinson, Springville, and Wendy Sue Kochersperger, Spanish Fork. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Kayden Goins, Tooele, Trinady Goins, St. George, Kaylee Sue Kochersperger, Spanish Fork. His siblings include Gerry (Eldon) Wilson, Jean (Jerry) Beck, Kay Robinson, Glenda Pino, Helen Mattinson, Dennis Robinson, Alan Robinson, Robert (Wynn) Robinson, Iris Ann Despain, Lynda (Craig) Chilton.



Preceded in death are two brothers Paul and Roger, one sister Phyllis, one granddaughter, Alanis Rylee Goins and two sons-in-law, Ryan Goins and Troy Kochersperger.



A visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funerals, 3595 N Main Street, Spanish Fork. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.



Thanks to many friends and family members that helped during this difficult time.
