Jamie Lynne Lewis, 46, passed away on June 11, 2026 in Millcreek, Utah.

She was born on October 5, 1979 to David Kevin Lewis and Gayle Haddock Lewis in Provo, Utah. She grew up with a sister, Cassandra and brothers, Levi and Mac.

Jamie went to school in Provo and graduated in 1997.

She spent her life working in the service industry, helping those around her.

She married Ryan Barrett and they had 3 children – Katelynn (Barratt), Allie (Ward), and Andrew Lewis.

She also had 3 other children, Brandt, Jase and Miley, and 3 Grandchildren Olive, Vincent and Nolan Ward.

Jamie loved Music and Art.

She is Survived by her parents, children and grandchildren.

Jamie was preceded in death by her ex-husband Ryan and her grandparents.

There will be a celebration of life for Jamie on Sunday, June 28th at Fort Utah Park located at 200 N 2050 W in Provo, Utah starting at 5:00 pm.
