Jose Ortiz

Lupe Was born on 12/12/83, and left us on 4/29/13 with his family by his side. He was born and raised in Half Moon Bay California. He loved music, food, and most of all his family. He attended school in Half Moon Bay California and enjoyed surfing, and playing sports as a teenager.



He is survived by his parents, Guadalupe and Teresa Ortiz, his brothers, Cruz and Cesar, younger sister Nayeli, and niece Aracelli. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Lupe was a loving, caring family person who will always be missed. We miss you Lupe.



Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 11a.m. in the St. Andres Catholic Church, 315 E 100 N, Payson, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to services from 10-11a.m. in the same church. Interment will be held in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
