Kristy Cook, 42, of Goshen, Utah passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023.
Kristy was born on September 4, 1980 in Payson, Utah to Gordon and Glenda Cook. She grew up in Goshen where she attended Goshen Elementary school and later graduated form Payson High School.
Kristy loved adventure and her greatest adventure came when she had her son Zayden.
Kristy is survived by her mother, Glenda Cook, son Zayden, her brother Douglas, sisters Laurie, Lisa and Jennifer. She is also survived by her nieces Shelby, Elizbeth and Paola, her nephews Colby, Juan and Austin as well as aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Cook, her grandparents and brother in law JR.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 24 2023 @ 11:00 am in Goshen City Cemetery.
