LoVee Ash (Harder), 76, of Springville, Utah, passed away on Sunday, January 16 of 2022.

LoVee was born on May 6, 1945 in American Fork, Utah to Romell Richardson Ash and June Pearl West. She was the second of four children in the family. She and her siblings grew up in Pleasant Grove, Utah. There, LoVee attended Pleasant Grove High School, where she was a member of the a cappella choir.

LoVee married young, and soon after had four children of her own. LoVee was a small lady in stature, but everything that she did was big. Her hair and clothing choices were bright and bold, and she wasn't afraid to take on new things. She was a single mother most of her life, and worked odd jobs to provide for her children. One of her favorite jobs was being a substitute teacher at Sharon Elementary. She loved working with the children.

Those who knew LoVee in her later years know that she had little dogs that she adored and doted upon. She rarely went anywhere without a canine companion by her side. She was also a fixture of many community festivals, selling her handcrafted jewelry at booths. She loved meeting and talking to new people.

Lovee is survived by her sister, Connie Skinner (Diane); children Ronetta Murray (Fred), Kim Shepherd, Neecholl Vass (Richard), and Amber Taylor; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Gizmo. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Vickie Keele; and brother, Dennis Ash.

A Celebration of Life for LoVee will be held on Saturday, Januay 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at the LDS Church building located at 1230 S 500 E in Springville, Utah. Those who wish to donate flowers for the service may send them to the church. A light lunch will be served following the service.
